Hi, where do i find the instructions on how to first use this machine?
Such as the settings to start?
Will i have to always up the voltage to keep the results?
Also will i eventually become immune to the treatment?

Initially, read the manual.
Thereafter, visit the closed section of this forum.
No, you do not have to increase the current/voltage to maintain the "sweat free" effect.
No, you will not develop immunity to this kind of sweating therapy.
Sometimes someone loses the effect of the iontophoresis therapy after some years. We know what to do in these cases and can help you so that success is achieved once again.

Bless you! i am going to order tommorow and i live in the usa, where do i buy the special plug to make it work, and will you tell me how to get the forever use out of it or is it a secret? you can maybe PM me?
also is the instructions easy or would you mind telling me on pm how to use it the best way!
can it be used under the arms and how is thats success?

Both. First, there is the manual. Additionally, a lot of tips and basic information are provided in the closed section of these forums. Finally, if you still have questions, you can get our experienced support via PM or e-mail or snail mail.
For sure, success is more difficult to achieve (because of this sensitive part of the body), but when you use a

| I need to know how far in the water my hands and feet need to go? Does the water need to be above my hands? Do I put my hands down on the grids that are touching the electrodes or does it matter? IS one polarity stronger than the other? |
