Hi,

I recently bought a 2nd hand unit to treat our young (8 year old) child's hands and feet.

The unit is just over 12 months old (still within warranty) and I am hopeful that this counts as making us a 'customer' who can get help with using our new unit.

Sadly, the previous owner had little relief from the device, but we are hopeful.

Hello,

Well, even if the previous owner bought the machine through one of our shops, then the "support" is NOT transferable. The support is not included in the machine, it is personal and has to be bought seperately when the machine is sold privately or from another place...
