Hi support,

I have a device and been using for several years with satisfactory results. Recently i experiencing less effectiveness even increasing of the current and also the treatment time

Could this due to my palm is "immune" to the electrolysis? or could it be because of the electrodes is not in good condition and requires a change?

I actually not sure the electrodes im having now is aluminium or SS. could you help to check the history

This is aluminium, yes time to get new plates, choose steel and they last min 15 years
