Hi I am from Singapore and been using Hidrex psp 1000,
I am using Singapore's tap water but it seems its not working on my palmar hyperhidrosis

I noticed that when i am not wearing any shoes then my foot and hand hyperhidrosis is not that worst, but when i started to wear shoes then both of them are worst. is there any advice for me?

I am treating my self almost half year already.
