Im 32 y/o. I would consider my hyperhidrosis pretty severe. My armpits can produce 1 ft wide sweat rings. When I sit on my couch and watch TV I can see pellets of sweat drip down (always have to be in socks). Palms get sweaty to the point of dripping sweat as well at times (not all the time).

I do find when I get nervous when I start sweating because I sweat. Will be starting my treatments tomorrow. Ordered the Hidrex PSP 1000 with additional set up and armpit pads. Im a pretty active male. Started working out 2 years ago 190lbs 6ft in height.
