I have being using the device for over 4 weeks and have not had any relief of sweating. I need to know the process of returning the unit and recieving a ful refund minus shipping.

But can you tell me: Why haven't I heard about your unlucky case before?

And we asked about the problem seriously from the standpoint fact of 9 treatments. But we didn't read read anything in this post about Iontophoresis not working after doing 4 weeks of treatment. 9 Treatments in 30 days is really as good as nothing! In the initial phase of Iontophoresis a daily treatment schedule should be done if there are no contraindications (e.g.skin irtritations).
Furthermore , I only recieved 2 other mails from you - one states:
"I have just recieved my unit but the electrical cord is not suitable for my outlet. It looks like an outlet that may be for Europe. Please advise"
The second
"I purchased a product that charged me on my invoice of 704.00 I have checked my bank account and it shows a deduction of VISA PURCHASE BMT GERMANY TENINGEN I need confirmation of what was charged to my account."
