Hi,

We have been performing treatments at clinic with the Hidrex PSP1000. We found good levels of volts when machine is in use, but when we switched display to mA the display was showing very low mA.

All other treatment parameters were the same and the machine was used on three different people, all were able to reach good voltage but low mA.

Thanks,

Scott

Dear Scott,
Forget the mA display of this device and simply stay in Volts. mA will go high and low for different skin types, users, body resistance, personal rc resistor - up and down - according to ohms laws.

We always recommend to stay in volt, the failure of the mA is because when you deal with a pulsating current the body is also a rc resistor and this misleads the mA.
In direct current mode you will find that the mA responds to the Voltage 60/30, but in pulsed settings this is different.

The highest goal is to enable the patients to be "sweat free" with low treatment times and highest comfort.

If someone has no success and/or the feel, he can do more to enhance the therapy and this may help him out:
