I just purchased the Hidrox psp1000 and lost the sheet that had the information to contact you with ?s. My son and I have used it on our hands three times, every other day. It is not working yet and wondered can we use it daily? Can we use any type of towel? What is the max number of minutes per session for hands? We are doing 15 minutes level 23. Is there a US phone number for phone support?

It is very, very important to do the treatments daily, in order to achieve success. If you do it just a couple of times now and then, it will not work.
You can use any kind of towel. Maximum minutes for a hand session is very individual. We recommend doing at least 15 minutes daily, but many users do more.
There is no US phone for support, but you can contact us over the phone here in Germany (we speak english) at our regular business hours from 9 to 5. You'll have to see what the time difference is to Germany from where you live.
