I'm having a lot of trouble lately. The device doesn't start sometimes. If I clean it thoroughly again it MAY work, but sometimes still doesn't.

I clean it every time after I finish using it. I use the stainless steel electrodes, tried using stainless steel cleaner.

It just says: "Set the therapy current" and stays there.

Also is it normal that my machine goes up to 26 mA? I would have guessed the maximum was 25.

You can see the knob is maxed out yet the current is at 13 mA... extremely frustrating (doing feet).

This is normally a problem wirh the electrodes, you have then to clean them https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/device-doesnt-start-stays-at-0-ma-reaches-not-25-ma-max-t29.html

The problem was actually the stainless steel cleaner I was using. I only cleaned it with water yesterday and today it worked flawlessly.

Is it a bad idea to only use water to clean the stainless steel electrodes?
