Hello team,

First of all thanks for assisting in all the chanllenges i've had. I am now 100% dry and luckily i can stay longer without the treatment. the last time i did the treatment was 21st june and i am still 100% dry.thanks to you. The reason for this post is regarding the credit of the shipping cost. I checked my bank statement and the refund hasn't happened. Could you please check and let me know.

OK, we are hapy that you reached success with Iontophoresis now.
- However , it seems that the "money claim back" for you back-shipping expenses is not resolved up to yet, and we are a very sorry that we can't solve it this week, because all of our debit and support stuff are at a show in london. There is only the shipping crew in our office, but I want to assure you that we'll go back through all of our paperwork , like your inquiery, and you will get you money back shortly if we failed to send it ....

Please give us a weeks time from now... we are bound by other things at the moment.
