Dear Bindner Medical Team,
I hope you are well.
I am currently using the HIDREX ComfortION for hands and feet treatment.
For my feet, I noticed that the sole is improving, but the sides and upper areas of the foot still sweat. I am considering using a larger plastic container and filling the water up to around 10 cm to cover the sides and more of the whole foot.
However, the electrode connector behind the metal plate is around 6 cm high, so if I fill the water to 10 cm, the electrode connector/cable connection would be fully underwater during treatment.
Could you please confirm if this is safe and allowed?
Also, do you have any recommended solution for treating the whole foot more effectively, including the sides and upper areas? For example, do you sell a larger/customized container, special tray, or accessory for this type of case?
I also have a similar concern with my hands, as I sweat between the fingers and on the upper side of the hand. Do you have any recommended method or accessory to improve treatment coverage for these areas safely?
