My name is Ory and I am interested in purchasing the Dermadry Total device for treating palmar hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating of the hands).
Before placing an order, I would appreciate your assistance with a few questions:
Do you currently ship directly to Israel?
If so, what is the estimated delivery time?
Is the device shipped from your official warehouse and covered by the full manufacturer warranty?
Are there any known customs, import duties, or additional fees that Israeli customers should expect upon delivery?
In case of a defect or technical issue, how is warranty service handled for customers in Israel?
Is the Dermadry Total currently in stock and available for immediate shipment?
I must admit that I am somewhat hesitant about ordering such a device internationally, especially since there is currently no available stock in Israel. However, after researching treatment options for hyperhidrosis, Dermadry appears to be the best solution for my needs.
