Dear Bindner Medical Team,
I hope you are well.
I am writing to ask whether you could provide me with an official quotation for the purchase of a HIDREX ComfortION iontophoresis device for:
Hands
Feet
Underarms
including the Stainless Steel electrodes option.
The quotation is required for submission to my French health insurance provider (Mutuelle Génération), so I would kindly need the document to include the following information:
Full product description (HIDREX ComfortION – hands, feet & underarms)
Option: Stainless Steel electrodes
Confirmation that the device is a CE‑marked medical device
Total price in euros (€)
VAT details (if applicable)
Seller details (company name, address, contact details)
Date and quotation reference number
If possible, I would also appreciate it if the quotation could be issued on official letterhead and signed or stamped, as this is often required by French insurance companies.
