Hi,
Thanks for your helpful reply.
We are considering the Hidrex ConnectION, but from the manufacturer's website it looks as if that model is no longer being produced, and has been replaced by the ConceptION model. If we were to purchase the ConnectION from you, where would that leave us in terms of warranty and maintenance in case of problems?
Alternatively, are you planning to sell the ConceptION from your webshop? What the difference to the new Hidrex ComfortION?

The ConceptION is not ready to sell at the moment - it is tin test mode and we review the clinic tests at the moment.
We don´t know when it comes to our shops.
I wouldn´t make up my mind for the Hidrex ConceptION - this is rather a device for clinics or doctors.
It provides routines that are good for all beginners and assures that there are not so many beginner faults, so a non trained stuff can set it in for various patients and probants without doing somethig false (this is the idea).
But this doesn´t mean that all things are done right.
For more professional approach this device is not the first choice in my eyes.
There is no possibility to get into the parameters for finetuning, so with the idea to get down the treatment times you better go with the HJidrex ComfortION - And yes ConnectION is outdated, we still have stocks but we recommend to dive into the future of iontophoresis with the ComfortION (better Display and full access to parameters like time setup to 60 minutes, Voltage, Pulse in. % or the memory banks - all is to be seen at one sight and it is very easy to get out the best result.
But by the way: All Hidrex devices of the new generation starting from ConnectION - also the ClassicION have the same motherboard. Very stable and through this fact no problem with warrantee - you are really safe for the future with a company like Hidrex - not swithing from one model to the other - they are all well and proper tested before going into the market - and the lifecycles are very long (the motherboard changes i would say every 15 years - and they are down compatible till the Hidrex PSP 1000 - the rest is germany engeneering and software driven)
