Hello,
I'm interested in the AAM-DE20 product mainly because I have a quite irrational fear of connecting myself to outlet with cable and water (same can be said about flying 800km/h in big metal object 8km above ground and yes, I have an anxiety disorder haha) so for the peace of my mind I prefer battery-powered device.
It comes with a silicone electrode only, though. Can or should I buy metal electrodes (and trays) separately for use on hands/feet due to its durability (and possibly more effective treatment on feet where sweating does not occur only on soles) and keep silicone just for armpits? If so, would I have to change settings in some way? Should drug-induced hyperhidrosis be treated by iontophoresis devices any differently? In my case it's caused by ADHD meds (stimulants) and unfortunately they are essential to me for the time being.
