Hi there,
I'd be interested in renting/buying one of your product either the Hidrex ClassicION or the ConnectION.
I would very much like to know :
- given my hyperhidrosis is mostly located on the face, back and breast, is it possible to try any of the accessories during the rental period ?
- Are these models easy to travel with ? what are.
- I am having difficulties understanding your device compass page, in some sections it says the Hidrex ClassicION performs ok and other Tip top for instance how can it be tip top for treating other parts and simply ok when it comes to hands and feet ?
- Renting a unit : are there any fee with delivery and return of the rented machines ?

Hi Sego
We only rent the connection with classic this is not possible, sorry
you could buy the classic - for you it is a bit cheaper than the connect
this is why it is tip top for al other parts
when it comes to treat ALSO Hands and feet - it is degraded cause you can´t setup it to the recommended pulse values 70% for hands and 90% for the feet
all accessoires mus be bought extra
you pay for shipping back, thats all, when the iontophoresis machine arrives we close the case and stop the renting
