Hello!
I've been successfully using Idromed 5PC with stainless steel electrodes old version adapter since 2010. Since last year the adapter started failing, it’s being difficult finding the 110-240 converter, also the grids are a kind of broken, so I'd like to purchase a new 5 PC machine. Before purchasing I’d appreciate your support answering the following:
I understand that the “New version” adapter does not need a 110V to 240V converter. I live in Colombia, the “EU-plug” refers to the plug A type you show in the “Add-ons/Spare Parts” section?
The stainless steel electrodes I already have will work with the new cables?
I always do hands and feet simultaneously, I’m ok using one tub for both hands/feet. Will the “Set duo” help in anyway?
How much time will take the deliver to Colombia?
Finally, since two years ago I’ve experienced some kind of dermatitis at the base of my right thumb that appears and get worst with the treatment. Could it be related to the stainless steel electrodes?
