Hello there,
I have been using idromed 5 for almost 2 years now. It is for the palms, it worked well and kept hands dry. Until recently it started to get really sweaty again.
The previous routine when it worked was 15 minutes every day at 22mA. Had to use that device every day because I tried every other day or the once or twice a week does not work very well.
Is it okay to do 15 minutes twice a day? Until it starts to get dry? Or would that be too much?
What would you suggest?
Thank you very much |

Hi!
Sure, you can make a double session, this is not a problem.
But it would be better to find out the reason why you started sweatign again. Did you move? Are you using some other type of water? Change in diet, medication, etc? _________________ You are welcome...

Hello,
Thank you for getting back. Would really want to find out the reason too. However, did not change.
I was wondering since I will be doing 2 sessions. Ill also be adding some baking soda.
Do you have any suggesstions on how much baking soda i should use?
Would you suggest me to use hot water or cold water?
Thank you very much! |
