Hello everyone!
I have a palmo-plantar hyperhidrosis and I wanted to give you an updated status of my condition.
After more than 6 years, I still have DRY hands. I would have also had dry feet as well, but I didn't continue treating feet because it didn't bother me that much.
As I said in my first post, the key of iontophoresis is patience and perseverance.
In my 6 years maintenance therapy, I had several periods when the sweat came back, but it was my fault because I didn't follow the maintenance schedule properly. After doing again the build-up, everything came back to normal.
As a conclusion, iontophoresis DOES work on a very long-term usage, so there is no reason to be doubtful.

P.S. Regarding the post from Sherry25: "Did u treat your hands and feet simultaneously or separate to achieve dryness?"
Sorry, I didn't see that post when I updated the thread. My answer won't be helpful anymore for that user, as almost 5 years passed since then.
Sorry for that, but for future users: I was treating hands and feet separately in the beginning, but I stopped treating feet really soon because it didn't bother me that much. |

Hey, happy to hear about your success with the ionto machine 
You posted the update about your success in 2015.Just wanted to ask if it's still the case. Are you happy with the ionto device? Does it still work after so many years?
