I've had the MRI though I assume nothing serious was found as no one has contacted me but I want answers for what seems like my declining vision but I'm getting nothing and it's making me more anxious because it's something that can possibly be treated but will possibly become permanent if needed to wait longer. |

Hi Is there something that can possibly be treated but will possibly become permanent if needed to wait longer? Any inputs? |

I am so sorry to hear about what happened to you, just maybe try to start conditioning your mind. Stay calm and relax. Maybe that will help. |

Yes I guess that will somehow make me feel at ease. I am just trying to meditate. Do you do that too? |

Meditation can also reduce the areas of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure. Yes it is proven |

I agree with the others when they say meditation and mindset can help. Try to relax and meditate, it might work. |

Hmm, I would greatly appreciate it if you recommend some meditations for me to try. |
