Lately when I have done treatment on my hands, every time a minute passes I feel a small but noticeable shock. This only happens with my hands, not feet. Could it be that I have the voltage too high on my hands? With the seasons changing the air has also gotten much drier which has affected my skin, could that be making my hands more sensitive during treatment and causing the shock as well? |

Hi, so so after 10 minutes you have felt 10 small shocks?
You could try to lower the voltage and see if the problem goes away? Please also use for 1-2 weeks regular bottled mineral water. Maybe this helps too. If the problem persist, we might need to exchange the ddevice. _________________ You are welcome...

That is correct, and the shocks happen at the exact time the minutes change. I've also moved recently to an older building. Do you think that it could be that the water is too hard/soft? |
