Hello,I have been using hidrex psp1000 for almost 3 years with full success, but for the last months I ve felt pain during session and after (parts of hand skin starts to peal).I have been cleaning my aluminium electrodes every month during these years using vinegar, but I saw that it started to rust on the top (where the cables are inserted ,on the other face ).Also ,I ve been experienced a downgrade of the treatment(I am sweating a bit but not as much as before using psp, only 20%) .Now I think I should buy another electrodes ,as I think they are the problems.Which one are you recommending me?(also,is it normal to happen as mentioned?)I ve been doing 2 times a week for hands and feet all this time(this is my maintenance treatment ) .Each session :
Hands: 50 minutes of 25 + and 25- on right hand
Feet : 70 minutes of 35 - and 35+
Kind regards.

Out of curiosity, are there any downsides to the stainless steel ones?

Hello,

not really, only if you have a nickel allergy, then you should not use them.
But if thats not the case, then stainless steel is actually more resistant to dirt and patina, it is easier to clean. BUT, it has no impact on the efectiveness.
