I have used the device for 13 days so far, it has worked quite well 
The right hand is completely dry after the first 6 days, during which the positive polarity is used on the right hand. The left hand was still wet after this first 6 days though.
Seeing the difference in the two hands, I switched the polarity for the last 7 days (positive on the left hand). After this 7 days, the finger tips of the left hand are still wet, while the right hand is completey dry.
Any advice on how I can improve the left hand finger tips?

Here is an update of my situation,
After the initial 13 days, I kind of decided to live with the tips of the left hand being wet, so went from performing treatment everyday to once every 2 days. After 7 treatments, the sweat on the right hand gradually returned, but not to the severity of pre-treatment condition. So I went back to treatment everyday with postive polarity on the right hand. After 8 days, I still could not achieve the initial dryness for my right hand I achieved at first.
Could it be that I am using a lower current as my tolerance for the current has dropped? I am kind of stucked, can you offer some advice to improve the situation?
