Hi does anyone have better results using low voltage/amperage instead of going as high as possible? I mean very low values like 10 amps? Someone told me he couldn't reach success despite going as high as possible but switching to less then 10m/A did a job?

Normally the higher the voltage/amperage, the better the results BUT, of course, if with a very high voltage the skin get irritated or becomes "overtreated", then the skin will suffer and the sweat won't stop. In this case a lower voltage/amperage will be better!
