|
|
Hello, Our son is using HIDREX PSP 1000 device that we bought from you for three week already. The treatment characteristics he uses: 25V, pulse 90 for 20 minutes, once a day for his palms. His sweating reduced by around 40%. Could you recommend a way to improve the efficiency of the device?
Another problem we came across is the treatment of his armpits. When he tried to use it on that area, the voltage rosed only to 3V and not to 8V, even though we set the device to 8V. What was he doing wrong? |

Good evening, we read the topic and my son uses now pulsewidth 60, 30 volts for 20 minutes every day for palms. With these parameters and with previous (pulsewidth 90, 30 volts) he didn't feel any discomfort. So, why we have reduce the pulsewidth? Now he uses iontophoresis 1 month, but his sweating was reduced by 40 percents only and during stress situations much less. What could you recommend to improve the efficiency of the device?
The second question is: he cann't use the axillar treatment because the voltage doesn't increase more than 3 v.
Thank you for help. |
