So far I have used Hidrex for 6 time but I have noticed that Stainless Steel Electrode Plate Polarity + is changing color. With polarity - this doesn't happen. On Polarity + I see small black dots and brown areas around. After each use there are more small black dots and such areas become more visible. Is this is normal or this plate is defective? I'm using 45 V, 90% Pulse. I have sent this query by e-mail as well with photos as I couldn't add them in this forum.

Thank you for reply. But my towels after 12 times using are quite burnt, my skin is ok. I quess this is normal as well. Can i buy 100% cotton towels from any shop or I have to order from yur online shop?

You can take any, as soon they are thick and cover the whole plates
