Hi, I am trying to decide between this and the idromed 5. Just reading the descriptions, I am attracted to the power and variable pulse-widths of the Hidrex and the simplicity of operation and "Double treatment (hands and feet) at one time" of the idromed.

1) does the Hidrex allow double treatment at the same time?

2) is there a power difference, and if yes, is it significant

3) does the variable pulse width make a significant difference

4) do you ship to Tokyo - I am a Singaporean, currently living in Tokyo.

3) normally not, only when you want to treat sensible areas like face or armpits there is an advantage for the hidrex
