Re posting as IthinkI posted on the wrong forum
My Hidrex PSP 1000 device shows the minutage and pulse/voltage. But the dive LED does Lit. I have checked all the items on the Error Check list. I have changed the water, un plugged and tried multiple times.
I have also tried the method described in operation check on the manual. I placed one electrode onto the other electrode.There is a towel in between both the elctrode. But the dive LED does not get LID.
It worked a few days ago. The water is the same tap water at home. Nothing has changed. The cables are all plugged in properly...
Please try to help as I really need the device to work. I am going on work travelling in about 2 weeks time. I really need to get it fixed so the sweating does not start. If it starts then it will take me a few week to make it stop.

I think I have tried all possibility after reading the manual. I just tried again.
It looks like I might have order another device. If I order another device how soon can you dispatch the device to me ? I leave in Singapore ?
It looks like I will also have to send this device back to you for repair.
Please reply urgently as it took me 3 to 4 weeks to make it stop sweating
