Hi,

I live in an area where the water is too soft for effective treatment. So, I add some Epsom salts into the water to increase the conductivity. I've just bought new aluminum electrodes and used it for the first time today. However, I noticed white spots forming on the (+) electrode after the first treatment of 15min. I tried scrubbing them off with a rough dish-washing sponge but it only resulted in the electrode being scratched. Pls advise! Thank you!

Hello KyleHrsn,

if you add Epson salts this causes a chemical reaction, so it's normal that you've now noticed white spots on the + electrode.
