Hi Markus,

I am just wondering is there any side effects for long term use of aluminium electrodes.Is it better to use the stainless steel one for long time use.whats your personal opinion?

Hello Brad,

No, not that we know of. There are no studies on how much of Aluminium or Nickel / Chromium (stainless steel) the body absorbs during the sessions. But if there were , the amount found would be small and harmless.
