| Hi, i just got my machine and got confused while connecting the cable for my hand & feet treatment, it should be + - or ++ , -- connection??!! I donno i started with +- and after this treatment the steel plate was under my feet got little dark spot on it, is that normal? |

Hello,
you have to connect the cable with the plus (+) sign to the hole in the machine with the plus (+) sign. And the cable with the minus (-) sign to the hole in the machine with the minus (-) sign.
Don't worry about the spots on the electrodes, this can happen and is usually not a problem!

Appreciate tour reply, but it doesn't matter which sign for feet or hand? Or for example minus have to be for hands?
And also, I noticed that every time i use the machine the steel plate under my feets change its Color, under my hand remains clean here is photos attached shows you the difference, also i use -- for my feets but i dont feel anything during the treatment while i do feel something on my hand ,, is that normal? |

Yes, it doesn't matter which sign for feet or hands, but you should change it occasionally.
Are you doing hands and feet together? This might be the reason why you don't feel it at the feet, but do feel it at the hands. I'm sure that if you would treat hands and feet separately, you would feel the current flow at both! But don't worry, it is no problem if you don't feel it at the feet, while doing the simultaneous treatment on hands and feet.
