Just received my Hidrex PSP1000 today, but I received the UK plug, when I live in Canada!
With boarding school a few days away, what are the options I have?
How do I deal with shipping/handling, I've heard you can't use Feds or UPS.
I already forked $1000, and now I'm crying!
PLEASE HELP |

Currently, unable to fall asleep.
Can't afford long distance calls to check up on the situation. Took a big step forward in purchasing the machine, and now to find out that I can't use it KILLS ME  |

I'm sorry for this, but we have shipped the UK plug that you ordered!
Today we will ship you the US-clip for the Hidrex mains plug.
If you want, you can give us a different delivery address. Should we ship the US-clip to your boarding school? Just let us know! Thanks.
