I bought my hidrex1000 from klima by calling them on their order page.
I got the unit two days ago. The instructions that came with the machine said they "have paid for a life time membership/subscription to this forum", but when I signed up, it won't grant me access to certain boards. When i wrote to you to grant access, you responded by saying you have no record of my order

Klima is a completly different company...
We run this forum for our websites and the company is Bindner Medical or its Associates.
Our company runs a imprint on every site we own and the contact responsible is always Markus Bindner .. this indicates you have access to our boards... also there is always an invoice - and on this there is the invitation key to our closed forums ...

We surely we have gotten your photo. But remember, today is Sunday and we normally support only our existing customers having problems (who bought their machine through our company), customers from other companies have to be patient until Monday ( our normal business times), we also want to be with our families on weekends and are here only for emergency support.
You may also get help from other users scanning the open forum for answers or do a reply to posts wich describe similar problems ... there is surely someone who can / may help you out.
You may ask general questions in the open sections, we will answer them, but not specific or personal problems or warrantee issues, this we do only for our own customers...
