The machine will work for the rest of your life, in very rare cases, the person develops a resistance, but this resistance can be treated, in order to have success again. Regarding the nursing, I'd recommend asking your doctor, but I don't think that it is a problem. The Current Care Lotion was especially designed to be used after the iontophoresis therapy to nourish, hydrate and regenerate the skin, so yes, we would recommend it!
Also, we always recomment to buy a pulsed current Hidrex or Idromed machine. Pulsed current is much more smooth than direct current and less painful. So the treatments are easier to take, even for feet treatment and especially for axilar treatment.
