We were charged twice on our credit card on 2/7/13 and have not received device yet. Could you please assist?

Tomorrow we will check both, if it is debited twice (if you have klicked double -or again and again- on the button "oder now") we will debit back one of the bills in full.
We will also check tomorrow where your package is and why it is delayed.... a little patience please, it is out of office hours ...
