Hi there,
I have purchased a HIDREX PSP 1000 and recently when I received the treatment , the red tube was actually spoilt on the L shape stainless steel panel.
Initially, I thought it should be alright as the mental bars inside "looked" to be okay.
However, after testing (i am on my 5th day) i purposely switched the red L shape on my right and left hands.
The results was I could actually feel much stronger tingling sensations on the red L shape. I did several comparisons such as feet and hands.
Whenever I placed the red panel on whichever hands/feet, there was a lot stronger effect on me rather than the black one.
Please refer to picture.
The black one looks fine and I could hardly feel any tingling even at 40 (Hands) and 50 (Feet) P/W were 90 for hands and 100 for feet.
I did 30 minutes for both and it seems the red L shape is really quite painful after awhile.
Is there any solution to this? Will there be a new one being sent to me? |

The red cable and pole is the + pole, this pole is a bit stronger than the black - pole. So this is why you feel the current more with the red one. And this is also why we suggest changing polarity every couple of days.
As for the picture, it looks a bit squeezed, but this is not a problem!
