I bought your device back in May and have had mixed results: it has worked great for the fascial and axillary sweat but my hands have not been consistently dry.
I started out with the factory settings (90% 15:20) and that seemed to work for a little while. Then it stopped so I increased with the volts with bad results. I decreased and for a while it worked at 90% 15:15.....until that stopped working. Do you have any thoughts on how to find the correct formula? This might help: I used a Drionic device for 3 years until it wore out and had great, long-lasting results. I think that it was a direct current and I would use it on its highest setting.
Please let me know what could help!

To achieve better results, it's very important to find the right settings! As iontophoresis is a very Individual therapy, it's difficult to say what are the best settings in your case. Everyone has to find out the best way to treat by trial and error. Of course, we will try to help you!
