I am right-handed (right hand dominant) and have been doing treatments for 10 days. I am about 80% dry on my right hand, however only 25% dry on my left hand. Should I continue treating both hands until I achieve 100% dryness on both hands? Is this common... or do you think I may doing something wrong with my hand placement?

Have you been changing the polarity? If not, this might be the cause. Take a look at this https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/how-often-do-i-have-to-change-the-polarity-t74.html
If yes, then I think you should just continue until both are 100% dry!
