Hi, I have a question about the iontophoresis machine. I have severe sweaty palms and I would like to buy the Iontophoresis Device IDROMED 5 DC. But do you have the "Standard Alternating Current" which is the American plug because I am in the USA? And my other question is, what is your written policy on returning the machine if it is not effective?

As for the plug, when ordering the machine, simply choose under 'Mains Plug' the 'US plug via Adapter'
