Hi there, there is no recommended session length for Iontophoresis, this is highly individual, but as a default the manufacturers mostly say: Do it for 10-20 minutes a day during the initial therapy for Iontophoresis.
So you can start with normal sessions of 15 minutes. If you need to treat longer in order to achieve better results, you can made 2-4 sessions in a row. If you want to treat a whole hour, for example, with the Idromed you would have to do 4 treatments in a row, pushing the big button (knob) twice, to start once again the treatment (first push to switch off, second to setup the iontophoresis machine once again).

I`m not sure what you mean with "on reverse". If you mean the change of polarity, we recommend to change the polarity every week (you don`t need to change the polarity every time you use the machine).
