I used the idromed 5 ps for treating my feets and hands since a week ago and no good result uptill now.
before two days i used it twice a day, i try those treatments methods:
my feets a lone at 25 mA for 15min., my hand alone at 15mA for 15min., and my feets and hands togther at 25mA for 15min., but no an observed result.
please tell me what shall i do to reach a satisfied results for treating my hand and feets. |

If pauses cause an "undertreatment" most users try to treat longer or more often.

Yes, the device worked with me and gave me a good results..
thanks for all..
i had a satisfied results.
I would to write a bout my experience with the Idromed 5ps:
- To get fast result with the device use a cold water not hot or warm one.
- to get rid of the electric fence at the end of the treatment, when remains one minute for the treatment to finish, try to reduce the current to 1mA or 0mA (if you get it) or when you treat our hand, let any one help you.
now, I want to ask a question, what is the baking soda? i didn't find it in the market, or what is the chemical composition of the baking soda? Is there a commercial name for it? |

Baking soda is Sodium hydrogen carbonate, if you walk into any store, ask about baking soda, they will show you their brands available (like Dr. Oettker or "Arm and Hammer". It is a white cristalline powder.
If you got a slight electric shockl at the end of the treatments with the Idromed you should take look after your skin (normally when it is too dry and the bodes resistance has increased to a higher factor this problem can occur in some rare cases) ... you may use our current care (available in our shop) for skin care. It is not comperable to the electric fence effect commonly known by old or bad Iontophoresis machines (or home made Iontophoresis units) - it is much lower ... also we can readjust the Idromed to a higher body resistance, so that this problem will not occur anymore, but the better way is to have a good and elastic skin condition.
