Have been using my new hiders 1000 for two weeks - every 2nd day for 15 mins at 20. Some improvement but not there yet.

I live in Dublin which has soft water - could that be an issue? Should I increase frequency/ current.

Water can be a factor too, but it does not mainly depend on how soft or hard it is.
