Hello
Is it worth it to treat myself for extremely long amount of times, like 2hrs+ daily? (i have a lot of free time)
Is it equivalent to treating for 4 days at 30mins each?

Hello Alex,
In general: Too long Iontophoresis sessions can lead to overtherapy: the upper skin gets too dry but the under skin layer sweats as before, so doing experiments during the initial therapy phase is always a bad idea.
Normally, it doesn't make sense to treat longer than 1 hour in a row and two of this (in full then max. 2 hours) daily - this routine is often used if someone wants to not use the machinefor some days . For those who must do consecutive treatments in a frequency that is higher than the time "without Iontophoresis" (for examle some days off due to a meeting or a short holiday) ...everybody has to find out the right treatment settings by trial and error.
Some more about this (influence of frequency time and current strength calculated for iontophoresis) under --> Iontophoresis basics
