Hi,
I’ve had the iontophoresis machine (Hidrex PC) for a couple of weeks now and have been unsuccessful with my palmar hyperhidrosis. My problem is my hands are becoming irritated (skin on palms is becoming cracked and is peeling) after 3-4 sessions that I do in a row (the session is 20 min at 16 volts- I am unable to tolerate a higher voltage). As a result I stop the sessions for 2-3 days so the skin can heal and then I start again and the same thing happens. By the way I put cream every night. What should I do? I haven’t reached dryness. Could you please help me? Thank you.
