I just got the Idromed5 PC. The hand treatments work but I'm having trouble with the armpit pads. The first time I used it, it worked. Now when I put on the armpit pads, the timer won't start. |

Hi,
I just received Idromed 5PS today and found out that i have similar problem like bighead whereby the timer won't start whenever i use the armpit pads. It does worked on my hubby's armpit but not mine, we switched many times and it is proven that the timer won't start whenever i use the armpit pads.
Another question, what is the max water level? Is it ok if the connection point submerge in the water? Asking this because my entire feet sweat ( upper & bottom ), if i have less water then it will not be able to cover my entire feet. If i pour more water, then the water will cover the connection point and will it be dangerous?
Please advise.
Thanks,
