Should I treat my hands, feet, and underarms daily all for a short amount of time? Or should I treat one area for a longer amount of time? Should I alternate days of treatment for different body parts? I don't know how to make the maximum of my treatment.

Also, when I treat my underarms, should I remove any clothing on my upper body?

This you have to try out . Everyone is different, but normally it does not matter as long as the intensity is the same product (time X current).
