Are there any advantages to doing more than 1 treatment in a day?

Also, would it be wise to do a treatment after a physical workout in which I sweat a lot?

When you do the treatments (with regards to the workout) does not matter, Iontophoresis does not general work after a few seconds, it is mostly a continous therapy process.
