Is Iontophoresis safe to use for facial sweat problems? Since the face is so close to the brain, I am concerned that it will interrupt with the brains own electrical pulses.
PS. I am looking forward to Germany vs Argentina. |

Yes it is safe for treating facial sweating, because the current only goes through the upper skin (transkutan).

Both of my teams are out, USA and Mexico. Although, I knew they didn't have a chance against Germany and Argentina, respectfully.
How does one use iontophoresis on the face? I know there are trays for feet and hands, and the sponge pad for the armpits. I did read somewhere that women use Iontophoresis to allow the minerals of their facials to penetrate deep skin. Is it similar to that? I am not too sure if I am the 'facial' kind of guy. |

Although I must say that this year USA and Mexico played some real good matches, sometimes it is only a bit more luck that is needed. However this year I am really impressed from the high quality of almost all countries, they are so tight in their levels. Respect to all! I think the big footbal countries like England or Argentina will have problems in the future to maintain their good results in world championships. You see Italy, France some big footbal nations stumbled...
However, cosmetic or medical Iontophoresis is another thing. You place the electrodes in another way and the currents are much lower with this machines (although with the Hidrex it is allowed and approved to do both: Iontophoresis against sweating and iontophoresis with drugs).
