You bought a DC machine from us and you're not having the results you expected? Or it is just too painful to handle? Or it is not working at all for you?
This is why we always recommend to take a pulsed current machine and why we contacted you after your order came in, offering to change your order from a DC to a PC machine! 
But no problem, maybe you had to see for yourself that the DC machine can be very painful and it is not so easy to achieve dryness with it (although we're not saying it's impossible).
We would be glad to upgrade your DC machine to a PC machine, there are just a few things that need to be followed.
In order to prevent you from having to interrupt your therapy, we will send you the PC machine and only after you have recieved it, you can send us back the DC machine. We can only provide this service if you agree on the following things, in order to make this exchange process as fast and uncomplicated as possible:
• Besides paying the price difference between the DC and the PC machine, you will need to pay also the shipping expenses for the PC machine.
• Since we are sending the PC machine to you, before recieving the DC machine back (and we don't know in which condition the DC machine is. We assume it works and is in a good condition, but unfortunately sometimes this is not the case….), we will need a deposit, in case the DC machine needs any sort of reparation. If there is nothing wrong with the DC machine, we will refund the complete deposit.
• When sending the DC machine back to us, it is important that you send the package insured and with a tracking number. This shipping expenses have to be paid also by you.
• We are sending only the machine, the mains plug and the manual. So you only need to send back the machine and the mains plug. All spare parts of the DC machine are compatible with the PC machine.
