I'm trying to use my Hidrex 1000 machine for the first time in a while.

When I place my hands in the trays, the treatment won't start the way it normally does. Instead of the volt digits starting to rise, it stays at 00 or goes up to 03.

What can I do?

If the lights aren't on, it must be an issue on the unit.

Or maybe cables/electrodes in rare cases
There is a troubleshooting routine in the internal board
